Italian law forbids publishing polls in the fifteen days before a vote and until the polls close. Outside those windows every published poll must be filed, in full, on the government's register.

Under the new law a bonus of 70 seats goes to whoever passes 42% in both chambers. Pollsters now sum the centre-right (FdI, Lega, FI, NM and allies) and a broad centre-left (PD, M5S, AVS, IV, +Europa and others).

The rules
Fifteen days
of silence.
- Legge 28/2000, art. 8The blackout
“In the fifteen days before the vote it is forbidden to publish or broadcast the results of polls on the outcome of the election and on voters' political leanings, even if carried out earlier.” AGCOM extends it to the close of polls.

Outside the blackout a poll may be published only with its client, sample, method and questions, all filed on the government's site, sondaggipoliticoelettorali.it.
- Exit pollsAfter the close
Exit polls and projections may be shown only when every polling station has closed: 23:00 on a one-day vote, 15:00 on Monday on a two-day one.

The ban switches on by itself from the dates on our calendar, and takes the prediction-market prices off the page with the polls. Those prices carry no link: ADM blacklists unlicensed betting sites, Polymarket included, and advertising them is an offence.
